Gran Turismo 2, commonly abbreviated GT2) is a racing game for the Sony PlayStation. Gran Turismo 2 was developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Computer Entertainment in 1999. It is the sequel to Gran Turismo. It was well-received publicly and critically, shipping 1.71 million copies in Japan, 20,000 in Southeast Asia, 3.96 million in North America, and 3.68 million in Europe for a total of 9.37 million copies as of April 30, 2008,12 and eventually becoming a Sony Greatest Hits game. The title received an average of 93% in Metacritic's aggregate.

Gran Turismo has held the title of being the number one seller and highest production Polyphony Digital has ever seen. The game features over 700 cars from 80 manufacturers, from as early as the 1886 Daimler Motor Carriage, and as far into the future as concepts for 2022.
The game also features 51 tracks, many of which are new or modified versions of old Gran Turismo favorites, with some notable real-world additions.The Chinese, Japanese, and South Korean versions of the game were bundled with a 212-page driving guide and lessons on the physics of racing. A limited edition, Gran Turismo 4 Online test version, was released in Japan in summer 2006. A PSP enhanced port entitled Gran Turismo Mobile was originally planned for development, but was later renamed to Gran Turismo, which was released October 1, 2009.

1.5 Million in Two HoursFuji 1000km endurance raceGet a race car and upgrade it to over 1000Hp. (The Toyota Minolta 88C-V or the CLK GTR or something like that will work.) Go to the Fuji 1000km race in the endurance hall and enter it. Go to the car settings and go to the transmission gear ratios. Put the auto setting to 25. Then let your B-Spec driver race it for you. It should take about 2 hours and 7 minutes if you leave him on 4 and put it on times three.

(If you put him on 5 and his skill level is high enough he won't run off the track and it might save you about 10-20 minutes. (My skill level was over 7100.) My B-spec driver got to lap 84 and was ahead by 3 laps so there is nothing to worry about on having him lose the race. (When I used this cheat I had not finished the race so I had to calculate it in my head.
But your B-Spec driver should pit 21 times in the race.) If he is fast enough he can win by 8 laps. (I started at 8:15 in the morning. But don't skip this and go to the Nurburgring 24 hour endurance race. It may get you over $3 million but it takes 8 hours and 30 minutes.) If you go off and eat or something like that he will just be going through the pits and not stopping at his pit box and he will run out of fuel. Avoid Driving Mission PenaltyOn Special Event/driving mission mode in simulation, if you hit a wall or car and receive a penalty for it, check if your RPM is above the rev-limiter for the gear that is below (i.e., if you are in third gear then the gear below is second gear).
To check if you are above the rev-limiter, if the RPMs are almost redlining then you can over-rev if you downshift. If you downshift when you are redlining in one gear, then the rev-limiter will not allow the clutch to be engaged, allowing you to stay above the 30 mph penalty. You will lose speed, but not as rapidly as you would if you were to drop down to 30 mph for five seconds. This can be done very easily if you know where to look. You should be able to pass the car right in front of you when you start in the first part of the straight. When you get to the chicanes, brake as if you were taking the corner, but go straight. You will then encounter a wall. Steer around it. You will encounter a few more walls. Keep doing this until you see the track again, then get back on the track.
You should be in second place with a large head start on the last car. Do the same thing with the other chicane. While on the final straight, be sure to keep out of line of the car behind you. There are 5 enemy Skyline GTRs on the track, and you. Straight at the start of the race, make sure you stay right behind the GTR in front of you, it will block the wind and make you go faster, making it easier to catch up, when you enter the first turn, they will slow down. Go to the outside of the turn and pass them from the outside, you will then see the red GTR in the front, keep going as fast as you can and hit it at full speed, you WILL get a 5 second penalty, but it wont bother you much, hitting the red GTR will send it ahead of the pack, when the penalty is gone, get behind it and catch up to it, but do not pass it, instead, get behind it and 'push' it. Stay right behind it all along the 3 laps, in the straights you should be able to reach 275km/h. Upon entering the very last turn of the race, go to the inside before the red GTR brakes, nd stay to the inside of the turn (do not go where its flat, stay in the bent), near the end of the last turn, you should be close enough, get behind the yellow GTR, and you should be able to catch up to it before crossing the finish line. This test is very hard and may take a few attempts before getting it right. Slide Show TrickFirst you must go to home with a saved slide show.

Driver should do all the 5 races in 15 minutes. Every win is worth 15,000 credits+ a bonus of 75,000 for winning the championship+ a bonus of 700,000+ credits for selling the car you won from the championship (Mercedes CLK-GTR Race Car). Thats makes in total 900,000 credits in 15 minutes. Get ready to store all those 4,500,000 credits LMP cars in your garage. How to BurnoutFinally a way to burnout! First, go to your garage and pick a car with a lot of torque (at least 600.0ft). If you don't have a car with a lot of torque in your garage, go buy one!
Then take your car to its tune station and make sure it has 'Brake Conroller' Bought and installed. Then take your car to any track, but dont start yet first goto settings on the screen right before you start a race, and maximis the braking on the front wheels and none on the back. Then start the race, After you start going, STOP!, The Start going, Then Press brake while holding the gas, THEN YOU SHOLUD START BURNING OUT! (keep tring you'll get it eventually) P.S.
